George McKinney
President/CEO
George A. McKinney is the President/CEO of Better Life Technologies Group, Inc. In addition, he has developed and solely invented US Patent # 8,659,435 B2.
This technology was developed after the accidental drowning of a child which gave birth to BLTG. George has assembled one of the top African-American medical, engineering and scientific teams in the country. He was awarded the Roy L. Clay Technology Pinnacle Award in 2017 which acknowledged him as one of the 50 top African-Americans in technology.
Robert C. Walker, DO
Vice President
Walker graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. His expertise in the field of research and development has earned him recognition as an experimental researcher from the Department of Psychology, University of California, Berkeley.
Loleta Robinson M.D.
Biomedical Advisor
Robinson is an entrepreneur in Residence at Genesys Innovations, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Nebraska. In this role she identifies, evaluates and pilots relevant emerging healthcare technologies from internal and external entities (universities, start-ups, industry associations). and She has established a network of internal and external resources to help identify and evaluate relevant technologies.
Donald C. Goodwill
Vice President of Product Design
Goodwill has over 15 years experience in technology development, electro-mechanical drafting, electronic design, and liquid injection molds. He is also certified in fiber optic technology, advanced PLC technology, 2010 AutoCAD, 2010 AutoCAD Electrical, 2010 Solidworks, and CETa (National Certified Electronic Technician).
Glenn Battle
Dir. of Technology Development
Battle has a Bachelor's of Science degree in business sciences with a minor in aerospace engineering and a Master's degree in engineering technologies. He also has over 25 years of engineering experience in design and technology development in the areas of aerospace, advanced computing, IT security, disaster recovery, cloud computing, mobile communications, voice video, data, wearable technologies, medical technology development, and biological sensors. Additionally, he his currently pursing a PhD in geodetic sciences.
David Nichols
Dir. of Mechanical Engineering
Nichols has over 30 years expertise in engineering management, project management, concept design, mechanical systems design, test fixtures, validation, 3D solid modeling, industrial design, rapid prototyping, material selection, fabrication, manufacturing, production coordination, and production tooling (injection molding, thermo forming, extrusion, and sheet metal operation).
Jay Robinson

Marketing Director
Success is responsible for design, program implementation and growth at select Emerging OEMs within a 6 million dollar territory. On a daily basis he works with engineers in many fields and disciplines. In this role, he solves problems and creates solutions across a variety of applications. Marx is young, primed for progression, and is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors of Engineering.
Kim Mouzon
Executive Administrator
Mouzon has ten years of experience in health information management. She is an expert in health information integrity. Kim's experience in her field has made her an expert in administration.
Dr. Robinson an anesthesiologist holds intimate knowledge and experience in the administration of anesthesia, which includes intubation and mechanical ventilation, as well as safe administration of medications to induce analgesia and amnesia with subsequent and necessary support of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, both in the elective and emergent clinical scenarios. This also requires a sound knowledge of current diagnostics and treatments. Jay has a wealth of research and knowledge on how to tie this into the diagnostics of COVID-19, and other pathogens. --
Sabrina Covington

As a Registered Dietitian, Sabrina is a passionate advocate for healthy eating and children's health. She serves as Executive Director for Healthy Kids Choice Inc. The non-profit recently completed a grant establishing healthy lifestyles in an undeserved area of Lemon Grove CA, known as HEAL Zone Project.
Saul Jordan
Director of Product Marketing
Jordan Has 20 years experience with Sales and Marketing. His work with corporations like Hitachi and San Diego Office Interiors, gives him a diverse well rounded background and make him an asset to the team. As a Content Creator, focused on the applications of Design, Video Production, Communication, Marketing and Artist Management. Saul has over 15 years of experience in the User Experience Design field managing various design projects.
